Thank you for your entries for this show.  Please read the following information carefully.

Starting Times: Please note that start times are available, as per the printed schedule, from http://www.wellington-riding.co.uk/shows-and-events/#event-times on Monday 8th May (or call 0118 922 5371 between 1500 and 1800)

Location: Please use the main entrance for Wellington Riding, which is directly off the A33 at RG27 0LJ. Please drive through the first car park to the main lorry park and adhere to parking signs or steward as space is limited.

Stabling: Overnight stabling for this event is strictly by prior arrangement only.  If you have been allocated a box it will be made available to you from 4pm, for the night booked. Please remember that the stabling fee must be paid on booking and is non-refundable for any reason.  A basic shavings bed is provided with this free and additional shavings can be purchased at £9.60 per bale.  Day stables are subject to availability, at £25 and must be vacated by 1600hrs if needed for an overnight booking.  Day stables may be booked at the events office on the day of arrival subject to availability

When you arrive please report to the Stables Manager via the Events Office. A £10 clean stable deposit must be paid in CASH on arrival and can be collected, after inspection, prior to departure.  If you are arriving after 1900hrs or before 0730hrs please ring the Stable Manager on 07388 398638 to make arrangements.

Music Classes:  Please come to the Event Office with your CD as soon as you arrive. If you have not already provided notes for the commentator please hand them in with your CD.  All CDs will be available for collection from the Events office after the end of the class. N.B. Music is only accepted on CD.

 Arena Walks and Exercise: The International Arena (warm up Arena) after the last horse each day. The Arena Walks will take place in The Dukes Hall Arena between 0830 – 0900 on Thursday and Friday morning, between 0730 and 0800 on Saturday morning and between 0800 – 0830 on Sunday morning.

Prize giving: There will be mounted prize-givings for all classes (apart from Music classes) to 6th place – this is usually in the arena immediately after the class but please see the scoreboard for details. Prize winners or their representative MUST attend. Prizes may be withheld from absentees who have not organised a representative – for whatever reason.

Prize Monies & Rosettes: All prizes monies will be awarded in the form of a prize certificate to be paid by BACs.  All prize certificates must be collected & signed for at the Events office. Please bring bank details with you. Rosettes to 10th place in all classes 7th – 10th place rosettes can be collected from the Event Office

Clubhouse Opening Hours: The Clubhouse will be open from 8.30am every morning (8.00am on Saturday) and will close half an hour after the last horse each day.

Café Opening Hours: Cooked breakfast is available daily from 0830hrs, the full café menu will be available until 1600hrs.  After 1600hrs a limited menu will be available until half an hour after the last horse finishes (apart from Saturday when the kitchen will close at 1800hrs), hot drinks and snacks are also available at these times.

Facilities:  Toilets, showers & snack and drink machines are available 24/7 on the lower floor of the main reception building.  These may be accessed from either end of the lower floor via the double doors.

Dogs:  Dogs are welcome but should be kept on a lead at all times including in the car park & stabling area.  They are not allowed into the first floor reception and indoor café but may be taken into the lower floor adjacent to the Events office and the external viewing area.

Smoking:  Wellington Riding is a no-smoking venue.  Smoking is only permitted in the carpark area which does not include the temporary stabling area.

Please note the main electric gates are locked between 2200hrs & 0700hrs.  If you need to access the site between these times please contact the Stables Manager to access the code.
