Events Team

My name is Lucinda and I organise all the shows and events at Wellington, from unaffiliated dressage and showjumping right up to National level championships and qualifiers in all disciplines. I'm also responsible for co-ordinating all our external events and facility hire. I am co-chair of the British Dressage Organisers Group and regularly take part in British Dressage steering groups with input into the future of the sport. I compete my Andalusian gelding, Lindo at BD Elementary level when commitments allow and I am a director and founding partner of Dressage Anywhere, running dressage competitions online. I really enjoy seeing our competitors progress and knowing that I have, in a small way, been able to give them the opportunities to do this. Working around wonderful horses in such a varied and challenging role is a great lifestyle to have. I have worked at Wellington since 2000 and I am passionate about what we do here.

Hi my name is Rachael Corry. I am responsible for the marketing & event sponsorship at Wellington Riding. I am also the Assistant Organiser for the annual Wellington Horse Trials which has won the SEEL 'Event of the Year' in both 2015 & 2016. My day to day responsibilities including promoting our Wellington Riding events & our affiliated sponsors on social media through our dedicated Twitter & Facebook accounts as well as developing new business relationships. At events, I am the main point of contact for our sponsors ensuring that their brand message is clearly delivered to our clients through on-site marketing & dealing with the equestrian media. I love my role at Wellington Riding due to the variety, no client sponsorship relationship is the same. I am always looking for new potential sponsors to then tailor a marketing package to suit their business needs & budget. I am also a qualified Equine Bowen Therapist & have two Spanish horses stabled at Highfields Farm Livery Yard, part of Wellington Riding. Before joining Wellington Riding three years ago, I worked in London as a qualified commercial employment law solicitor but I wanted to follow my lifelong passion for horses with a new exciting challenge which my current marketing role provides.
