She is without question one of the most enthusiastic coaches you will find. A very popular coach who instils real confidence with the people around her., Mandy has been at Wellington for over 25 years and done all but one job in her time. She is responsible for the oversight of all the liveries including managing the sister yard at Highfield farm on the estate. Her experience in dressage and eventing have given her the tools to be the lead coach helping both staff and clients to achieve their goals.
Having moved from a practical background in the equine world, I have been Office Manager at Wellington Riding since 1996, initially full-time but then part-time since 2000. I have seen so many changes over the years, watching this dynamic business grow and thrive. I love the fact that that in my role no two days are the same and every day brings new challenges.
My responsibilities are varied but include overseeing and supporting the administration team, whether it be training, advice or covering reception as well as most aspects of HR within the business.
When not at work I enjoy walking my Border Terrier, Elsie; gardening and more recently I have started clay sculpture.
