Want to make a return?

Something doesn’t fit or the style isn’t for you? Not problem! Our returns process couldn’t be more simple.

To request a return, exchange or refund please notify us by completing our returns form within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must then arrive back to us within the following 14 days with a copy of the completed form & proof of purchase. The item to be returned must be in its original packaging, tags attached, unworn / unused, clean & dry i.e. be in a resaleable condition unless deemed by us as faulty. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on riding hats as per health and safety regulations.

The cost of return postage, insurance or any loss of the item when being returned is the responsibility of the customer & therefore we highly recommend that the return item is sent back by tracked post/courier.

We will issue a refund via the same method you paid within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

We will not refund goods that have been worn/used & do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse.

If you would like to exchange an item; in most cases creating a new order and posting goods for a refund is quicker than requesting an exchange.

All refunds & returns will be in line with your UK statutory rights.
